Wellington Conference Facilities

Welcome to the Kapiti Lindale Motel & Conference Centre. Our complex has close proximity to travel links to Wellington. We are within 3 minutes' drive from the railway station, main shopping centre and a selection of restaurants/bars, 10 minutes' drive from Paraparaumu Airport. Our modern conference facilities have a capacity of 2-70 people and a range of conference equipment is available.

Standalone Conference Building

Single storey building with good natural light, beautiful lawn outside, extensive free, secure, off-road parking and wheelchair access.

Nikau Room: Our largest conference room accommodates up to 70 people in a theatre-style setup and 40 people in a banquet-style setup.
Phoenix Room: Our medium sized meeting room can comfortably seat up to 12 people in a U-shape-style setup and up to 20 people in a theatre-style setup.

Hours Available

Available for hire from 7:30am to 9:00pm daily and a minimum 4 hour charge for hiring applies.

Setup and Clean Up

If the venue is required prior to or after the booked date for a setup or pack out, a fee will be applied and can be priced on application.

Music and Entertainment

Please discuss entertainment plans at time of booking. Live bands and/or DJs may impact on other areas of the venue, so we will need to be advised of full details at the time of your booking.
